Ali Go respects your privacy. This policy explains the data we collect when you use our grocery delivery app, how we use, protect, and share it, and your rights. The app is operated by SkyFood Trading & Marketing Co. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1) Data we collect

Only what is needed to deliver: your name and phone number; a 4-digit PIN stored hashed (never in clear text) and a one-time SMS code to verify your number; delivery address, city and zone, preferred delivery window, order contents and notes, and order history; and technical data (device type, app version, IP address, and a push token when notifications are on). The service is cash on delivery, so we collect no card or bank data.

2) What we do not collect

We do not continuously track your precise location — you choose your delivery zone manually — and we do not track you across other apps or websites for advertising.

3) How we use your data

To create and manage your account and secure sign-in, process and deliver your orders, send order notifications and verification codes, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve the service.

4) Data sharing

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We share it, only as needed, with delivery personnel (to deliver), service providers (SMS provider, hosting, order-management system), and legal authorities where required by law.

5) Retention & security

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to fulfil orders and meet legal obligations. We protect it with encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed PIN storage, and access restricted to authorised staff.

6) Your rights & account deletion

You may access and correct your data. You can permanently delete your account and personal data from inside the app: Account → Delete account, or by contacting us. On deletion your identity (phone, PIN, name, addresses) is removed, keeping only the legal minimum.

7) Children's privacy

The service is not directed to children under the legal age, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8) Changes

We may update this policy and post the updated version with a revised date. Continued use means you accept it.
